Well-fenced paddocks

Indoor Heated Stalls: $485.00 month + G.S.T.

Our boarding program accommodates each equine with a large, individual box stall and daily turnout.  Each stall is equipped with an automatic waterer and mounted feeder.  Stalls are cleaned daily and re-bedded with a cushion of shavings.  Feed programs are tailored to individuals and feeding times occur at consistent intervals to promote optimal body condition.  Our grass hay is complimented with alfalfa cubes each day, and can be enhanced with a 12 or 20% complete supplement to help boost performance and health (supplement provided by TVS is fed at an additional cost).  Additional supplement provided by the customer will be fed by TVS staff.  We offer a daily blanketing service to indoor boarders however blankets must be provided by the horse owner.

Individual Paddocks: $325.00 month + G.S.T.

Our paddocks are 65’ wide by 80’ long (1800 sq. ft.) with state of the art shelters and automatic waterers.  The fencing is comprised of wood perimeter with two strands of electric wire to discourage mane rubbing and fighting between neighbors.  Paddock horses are fed our grass hay twice a day and can be complimented with alfalfa cubes and supplement.  All paddock horses are given access to free choice salt blocks.

Group Pasture: $300.00 month + G.S.T.

Our pastures typically house up to 5 horses and are fed good-quality round bales.  Horses have access to shelters, automatic waterers and salt blocks.  Individual feeding programs are not available for pasture horses.

Boarding Rates:

*All horses coming in for boarding must initially be vaccinated for Eastern and Western Encephaylatis, Tetanus, Equine Influenza and Strangles before they can be admitted onto the property.  Proof of these vaccinations is required.

TVS will require 6 months post-dated cheques in an effort to ensure boarding commitments are met.  A late fee of $50.00 will be charged to any boarder who does not pay by the 5th of the month.  A $100.00 deposit will be requested to hold any spaces booked for boarding.  The boarding contract may be terminated by giving thirty days notice provided there are no outstanding fees or costs.
